I ordered 1 half sausage & onions and the other half cheese only pizza ,and as you can see I received 3 slices with sausage & onions,I called them to tell em so the manager lady asked the dark skin girl with the BIG BIG BiG lip about my order, and she told her I was “CAP” then the manager lady put me on hold and never came back to the phone SMH!!!!!!

My new calzone inspired meal was a mess. Crunchy and lukewarm. These taste like empanadas lol. I ordered 1 pep and 1 meat lovers, got 2 meat lovers. None of the ranch sauces I paid extra for and the delivery took forever. Now I gotta order some Papa John’s.

We ordered on-line for delivery to the house. The app was easy to use. Delivery estimated for one hour, but actually here in about 45 minutes. Both pizzas were to order and fresh. We had no issues with the order or delivery. Pizzas were good and would order them again.

I ordered 2 20 oz. drinks, a medium hand tossed pepperoni pizza with extra sauce, and 6 traditional mild wings. The only thing correct about my order were the wings. My pizza came as pan and barely had any sauce on it, and I didn’t receive my 2 drinks.

The manager, Mr. Brown that worked that day of my order was rude and petty. Made me literally get my 6yr old out the car, who was sleeping, just to prove to him, that I had a kid for a book it free personal pizza. I actually had 2 book it certificates, for 2 small personal pizza, but, he told me that I could only get one pizza. Both pizzas were already made. I’ve been here twice before and I was never, told to take my kids out of the car to bribg them inside to prove anyhing. Petty customer service

I ordered a 50$ order at 6pm my order didn’t arrive until 10:48pm after calling back twice. entire house had fallen asleep!!! Went in to get my money back and consistently getting a rude feedback and run around about my money… terrible terrible service I would never ever go back!!!!! Renaldo the fake manager was rude as well after speaking to him several times this week… That’s a shame!!! DO BETTER

Ordered pizza on 5/10. Never got it. Door dash never picked order up so the pizza sat in the warming oven for 2 an a half hours . Pizza Hut said it was out of their hands now because it was completed.i will not order again because pizza hut didn’t care.

I ordered a large pan meat lovers (pause) pizza at around 6:30 or 7 on Saturday. It was delivered pretty fast, it was hot and off the chain, really good. Today is Sunday and I’m still thinking about it.
