If I could rate it less than 1 star for the service I definitely would. It took an hour to get our food and when they FINALLY brought it they only brought 3 out of 5 of the plates out. About 15 minutes later they asked what else we ordered and then another 20 minutes later, after everyone was done eating they brought the other 2 plates out. Not once did they ask if we needed anything or how everything was. They acted like our table didn’t exist. I have had some bad service before but this is by far the WORST service I have had. I will never eat here again.

I had breakfast here on a Friday morning, basic eggs, bacon, and toast. The menu has many diverse choices. The food was good, the server was friendly. The coffee was a little weak to my taste but still ok (thus, the four star rating). I would eat here again given the chance.

It’s always a pleasure to stop in at the Indiana Pancake House in Bluffton, IN. I’ve been to this location many times and I’ve always enjoyed ordering different items from their breakfast section of the menu. If you don’t enjoy breakfast meals af much as I do, it’s ok because there are other sections to the menu too that include subs, sandwiches, soups, & more. I haven’t had a bad item yet. The portions are hearty and prices are very fair. The restaurant isn’t large. I enjoy the cozy booth seating. The servers are very attentive, kind, overall very top notch.
