I’ve only eaten Smashburger once before, at the Miller Ln. location. I tried Brown Street because I was craving a good burger and it was close to home. I was promptly greeted and waited on. I was immediately informed that there would be a 25 minute wait. I was ok with that and placed my order. The guy running the register was friendly and efficient. As I waited, I had the unfortunate experience of listening to some very loud banter between some of the workers complete with profanity including the F word and N word. It went on for quite some time. I’m comfortable with casual environments but this was just unprofessional. I also understand there are differences of opinion when it comes to the use of profanity and vulgarities. However, there were ladies and families with young children in the restaurant; that behavior seemed inappropriate to me. On top of that, I get home to find that the quality of my food was sub par to say the least. A dry, over cooked burger, wilted lettuce, tiny, pale tomato slices and a small piece of jerky disguised as bacon were haphazardly thrown onto a bun. Greasy, soggy fries topped it all off. I believe the overall experience could be enhanced if they were more focused on providing quality food service and spent less time clowning around. Needless to say, I was disappointed and probably won’t return to this location.

Prompt, friendly service with a smile. The wait staff knows the products and are helpful. It’s actually moderately priced for quality food. Vegan/ vegetarian options. I LOVE the smash fries. Right of Brown street… In the heart of Flyer town. Good eats. Fly by the strip and get smashed.

We ordered a double truffle Swiss burger, a double bacon smash burger, smash fries and the onion haystacks. Both of the burgers were so salty we couldn’t finish them. Like so salty you could feel the salt in your mouth crunching between your teeth. I don’t know if it was a mistake, it was our first time trying smash burger. I love salt and I’ve never tasted anything that salty, it burned your mouth. I can’t describe how salty they were. Definitely not worth 10 bucks a burger. The fries and onions were great. The guy that took our order and served us was cool, super nice. Fast service. The burgers were awful. Probably won’t be back, at least to this location.

Today my fiancé and I visited the Brown Street location. We were craving a good cheeseburger and he Suggested Brown St., Smashburger but to our surprise our burgers were very salty. They were so sorry we couldn’t even chew them up. We had no time to go back to the location because of prior obligations, but I don’t know what happened today But the food was very salty it shot my blood pressure through the roof

Later in the evening when I experienced Smashburger here in Ohio. The place was in the midst of closing in its last 3/4 hours. Service was top notch and the food came out suuuuuper delish… I recommend going through the day, earlier hours in order to gain the full atmospheric experience.
