Just did a take out order I order the classic chicken sandwich. Which is completely cold the chicken patty is old, hard, the meat is beyond dry and it’s completely cold. The bread is hard. First and last time trying this place. I’m giving 2 stars because the fries was bad.

My mom and I and my kids went to smashburger on Sunday and there was only one cook and one cashier both were black they we’re very productive and professional ☺️ . Even thou they were short of staff they handled it very well. They kept apologizing for being short but I did mine . The food was great

The employees are what makes smashburger a delight going into. I ordered the bacon BBQ cheeseburger and fries. The food was ok. The burger really didn’t have any BBQ sauce on it. It was kind of a let down. Will try it once more and give an update.
