This is a great example of “don’t judge a book by it’s cover”! This unimposing barbecue joint is actually offering up some serious Q. I enjoyed the brisket which was fork-tender and deliciously smoky, also some tasty housemade coleslaw and potato salad! They offer meat plates, a chopped beef sandwich and more. House BBQ sauce is just the right mix of tangy and sweet…Friendly service and reasonable prices top it off! Run by a husband and wife team the establishment is clean and pleasant. They also offer dining out of doors if you are so inclined. The establishment is BYOB and only open Wednesday through Sunday until the BBQ runs out….beware.

Good, not great bbq. Liked the loaded baked potato. Brisket was good, but a little dry. Sausage was very good. Employees were nice. DID NOT LIKE that they add an extra 4 percent to your bill without telling you or posting a notice. I assume it was a pay by credit card fee, but I wish they would have informed me before paying & given me the choice to avoid with cash. Overall good, but I like the other choices in town better.

Some of the best BBQ around for miles, and I have been in a 100 mile radius. My first time here. The meat is tender, and the ribs fall off the bone. The prices for what you get are great! A three meat meal is enough for two, or to take home for leftovers. We’ll be back!

We were planning on going to the other place in llano that the town is famous for with barbecue. Other recommendations pointed us here. Hands down some of the best barbecue I’ve had in Texas! The brisket was melting your mouth delicious and the ribs were so moist and flavorful. I would highly recommend for anybody traveling in the area to make it turn off and go there for food. Eat there, or get it to go… Either way it’s fantastic. I will personally be driving back through every opportunity I get.
