Only had one person to take phone-in orders, wait tables, run the cash register and then clean the tables off. Not only did we walk out after ordering but so did other patrons. Too cheap to hire appropriate personnel.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had pizza hut in Cleveland. Have to say I’m a little disappointed. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and there is like 5 pieces on it. More or less this was a cheese pizza. Also ordered Garlic sauces and paid for it didn’t receive it. I’ll be sticking to Domino’s from now on.

I ordered mild wings, they were hot. I ordered Detroit style pizza and basically they sent me overcooked dough covered, and I mean drenched, in marinara sauce with a few burnt pepperonis on top. We ordered double pepperoni not double sauce burnt pepperoni. They said it would take 40 minutes well an hour an a half later they showed up with a pizza that looked like it had been dropped. I was going to call and complain but my husband told me not to worry about it they’d eat it anyway they didn’t want to wait for more. This was our first, and last, time ordering from this Pizza Hut. Also none of it was hot, barely room temperature. Here’s a photo of it on the plate straight out of the box.

We went on Tuesday afternoon. The restaurant is really small. Perfect for the small/hometown vibe I prefer. But, the place was practically empty. Seemed to be staffed well, so I expected better service. The food was as expected for the location. The wings were great, once we got them. The waitress absolutely ruined the experience. She was not rude, exactly. She was just curt & seemed bothered by us wanted to place & add things to our order. She even had to be asked/reminded about the very 1st thing we ordered, which was food for the youngest member of our party. Then she acted like we never gave her the order. I had the buffet & we had a child w/ us, so that produced trash. Not once did she even offer to remove empty plates, napkins, or anything to help clean out our table. When she finally brought the last part of our order, she looked at the table for a place to put the food. Finding none, she just held it out to me to & shook the basket of wings to signal what she expected. I had to clean up our table to make room for my child, who had patiently waited for her food. We finally just asked for our check & a box for the 5yr olds food, paid & left.
