Came in to order my lunch before work it took almost 15 minutes before I got my food which was confused with another order. I was charged extra for A breast but it was supposed to be mixed chicken my cole slaw was dry! I asked for some juice and was told they don’t have any. One one piece of my chicken was hot and fresh but it was not seasoned very well

This restaurant doesn’t even deserve a star…the male employee was nice the two women employees were extremely rude. Heard her tell him I was just going to have to wait(already waited 30 minutes for food) while others that ordered after me already received the same orders as me…. I could hear the drive thru women yelling telling at the customer you can ask a question later we busy I can’t answer now. I was not the only one having issues. A couple beside me waited over 15 minutes for a 2 piece meal with cole slaw….. Undercover boss needs to film here and fire 1/2 the employees

This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any KFC. Ordered online for pick up an hour in advance only to sit and wait for 45 mins. Ordered a 12 piece family meal and doubled the sides, but didn’t recieve any of my second sides, or even the corn at all. While waiting, I watched as staff cursed at the shift leader or management about how they weren’t going to do anything else. They forgot both the teas and when I requested the beverages, I got an eye roll and teeth sucking before they snapped their head around to fill them.

Haven’t been to a KFC since they stopped the buffet, because I have a growing family. But the manager, she’s a blonde haired lady, unfortunately I can’t recall her name, but man she was the most awesome person I’ve met in KFC in a while!! A customer was in the restaurant having an issue with his diabetes level and she immediately jumped into action to provide the food he needed to prevent him from having a “Low”. And I watches her give special care to every customer that was in there at the time I was individually!! Hats off to her just wanted to share some praise to her.

Overall good experience, food was good service was polite and friendly. My only reservations are the lobby music is much to loud, I ordered to dine in and was given it to go, and the service was a bit slow. But still overall pleasant experience. As an added note the building was recently renovated which turned out very nice, spacious roomy seating. With clean facilities.

Was Rude a and all I said was hello after waiting and..And she shouted CAN You HOLD ON….I said EXCUSE ME I AM THE CUSTOMER NOT YOU…And drive off.And she was talking about me as IWent around…She needs TO BE FIRED!!!!!
