Awful customer service. App order went to wrong store 500 + miles away and Parker the manager, refused to give a refund stating the owner doesn’t allow refunds. I see that I am not the only one this has happened to. They are making a killing because they’re location is the first on the list!!!! Wowwww!!!

I ordered online and prefer to have a contact less delivery. I had been waiting for the notification that it was out for delivery to start checking my door. It had been over an hour and I was getting frustrated that they hadn’t even left yet. Turns out the food had been sitting on my porch for who knows how long. They never updated the online notification or knocked/rang my doorbell to let me know before they left the food on my doorsteps. Food was good but considering how the wait was, don’t know that well be ordering online again.

Extremely unprofessional thieves. Called to cancel a pickup due to an error with the app selecting the wrong location. Spoke with the “area manager” and she refused to void the order due to it already being made. I am also a manager at Jimmy John’s and offered to walk her through it. She still refused saying it was the owner’s policy. This is theft and extremely unprofessional.
