Just a few days after opening they were out of a number of items including sour cream, salsa, vinaigrette, and guac. I’m giving four stars because the employees were nice and informative and my bowl turned out great because of their hard work. It’s a shame the manager can’t keep the food in stock right after opening.

I’m so pissed… My fiance bought me some Chipotle, and i asked for sour cream, and this is what they did. Drenched my food with sour cream. I’m so furious. I can’t believe they would do this. They just lost my business.

This place hasn’t even been open that long and every time I go it’s something wrong. The lines are so long because you need more people in front on the line. You cannot have only one or two people filling bowls you need at least 3 or 4 to keep the line moving . Also I’m currently drinking a flat sofa because apparently whoever worked night shift didn’t do their job according to the morning staff. Also another customer was looking for sauces an lids. Get it together .

Won’t be coming back until they have had more experience and run more efficiently. Ordered off the app. Was told it would be ready by 12. Get to location on time, line around the building, and long line inside. The workers that were doing to-go orders were moving at a snails pace. Laughing and sauntering around. Heard one of them say there was 11 orders before mine…. Finally got my order after 25 minutes. I could have just gone through the line at that point but my food was already paid for… don’t keep accepting orders if you do not have the capacity to fill them. Or ensure that the pick up time is actually accurate so people aren’t wasting their time.

We can probably gather that I am/was an avid visitor of Chipotle. The consistent lack of a full service is getting old. I’ve been to this location twice. The first time it was really slow. Today, after already waiting in a slow moving line, the staff started to list things that they’re out of which ultimately resulted in them being out of just about everything. Didn’t even have rice to serve.This has become common amongst many different locations in the OH/KY area. Quality and consistency is a thing of the past with Chipotle.

Food is always cold. Out of chicken by 7:30?! When they do have chicken it’s burnt and cold. They are consistent when it comes to being out of things like chips, salsas, corn, rice. The drink area is always a mess with no ice tea or lemonade. I’m not one to complain and I know this is a new location but I’ve given it multiple chances to redeem itself. Until things change here I won’t be back for some time. Looking at the reviews corporate needs to step in.

This place is a disaster. Ordered my food at 6:30 to be picked up at 7:20. It’s almost 8pm and I’m still waiting for my food at the drive-up lane. I have half a mind to leave if it wasn’t for the fact that I already paid for my food. It seems this has been a common problem with this location – corporate needs to intervene.

Look, at this point I’m expecting all Chipotle’s and especially new ones to be awful… this one hit the mark a little better than usual. The food I received was hot – which is more than I can say about the Hyde park location. The drive through online-pickup seems pointless because nothing is ready at the stated time (+10 min so far on my trips).

Update: knocking down my rating from 5 stars to 2. Even though I had to ask for straws and then for napkins, I was still happy about my experience- UNTIL we got 15 minutes away and sat down to eat at a park. NO FORKS!(!) and the meat in my “steak” bowl was wrong. Totally ruined the experience.

Be sure to check your order if you order online. Went through the pick up window, was handed my bag. Pulled over to check it, and the chips were missing. Went inside thinking they forgot, but they said they were out of chips. Asked why they didn’t tell me this when I picked up my order, and they said there was nothing they could do in the store about it (they could have at least told me). My only recourse was to call their customer service line. When I asked for my refund, he said he could just give me a coupon for a free chips and guac on a future order. After I said I was pretty sure that not refunding the item that was not delivered violated most consumer protection statutes, suddenly he figured out he could void the item. Pretty sleazy and dishonest in my opinion.
