My go to place for quick freshly cooked fast food. I like that the food is not cooked until you order it so it hasn’t been sitting under a heat lamp….lol. From chicken wings to burgers, sandwiches, milkshakes etc etc. They got it all . My favorites are the fully loaded philly cheese steak, the gyro plater and the buffalo chicken wings with fries. I LOVE their curly fries and their milk shakes!!!!

Right to the point – Went through the drive thru 8/11/23 about 8PM. African American woman with blonde braids, needs a Customer Service 101 class. (let’s start with the basics with her) You don’t charge a customer for what they didn’t order. If I ordered a small or medium size meal, that’s what I pay for. Just because the restaurant is out of small or medium size cups, you don’t take it upon yourself to upcharge me. (and do it without saying – ma’am we are out of regular size cups, and we’ll have to charge you extra is that ok?) You compensate the customer, that’s good customer service. When I questioned her about the price, she replies, “I can’t charge you for a regular meal, because we are out of regular size cups.” I replied, “Cancel the order.” And she caught an attitude for what? Management, training is needed. If she’s a manager, who did the customer service, training portion of her training? Please do better.

Always a fav place to stop by for lunch. The options are great, different fries to choose from. My fav is the gyro sandwich. I had burger on this visit and it was good. My kids always eat the entire meal so that’s a plus.

Ordered mobile order online went to drive-thru and told me to park because our food wasn’t ready we parked and waited for 20 mins and nothing so I went inside and they tell that they don’t have any online orders so I show them the receipt and they tell me again that there was never any order placed and that they can’t do anything about it and if we want a refund we have to call whoever we ordered it thru which was there app so I called corporate and only could never get to anyone to actually talk to about the refund not the first time this has happened they need to stop stealing from customers its not right or fair

I spent $23.52 for a 10 wing grilled platter and some macaroni bits… I had to look at my receipt twice… It was not worth it! I would have been more satisfied with a 4 for 4! Small amount of fries, small portions of celery sticks and the tiniest wings ever.

Way OVERPRICED. Portions are super small. Ordered a 6 inch sub and it was the smallest I have ever seen. You can spend 12 bucks at Publix are a sub shop and get a real 12 inch sub for the price this place charges. Never again
