I ordered my food through Uber and to get home to hair being in it is a huge disappointment. I contacted the restaurant for a refund and they are refusing to do so. They manager claimed it was impossible for hair to be in the food and acted as if I was lying. I drove 45 mins to return the food and what do I find…you guessed it! Not a single worker wearing a hair net. The manager then proceeds to act as if he doesn’t understand that I am requesting my money back and then threatens to call the police. (Not because I’m being unreasonable or disorderly, simply because I want a refund) Imagine my frustration. It’s sickening that they denied any fault with the hair being in my food then you try and bully me to leave by threatening to call the police. Don’t eat here unless you want to be burdened by a company that values money more than their integrity and relationships. The food isn’t edible but somehow I’m suppose to pay anyway and then get bullied when I want a refund. Just sickening!

Stopped here for lunch and had a great experience! We ordered a lot of food and everything was cooked quickly. The hibachi was flavorful, the sushi was very fresh. I’ll definitely come back here to eat again.

I like eating here however this was very disappointing. I ordered the shrimp hibachi with no vegetables. I leave and open my food to realize there was more rice and shrimp pictured below. I was very disappointing knowing I paid almost $10 for this and I got more rice and shrimp basically I pay for the race. I called up there because I was very upset axing her why there was so much rice and shrimp she told me that they give out 20 pieces of shrimp a little tiny shrimp by the time I reach the rice the ship was gone..

This place use to be good. Not anymore. They add SO much rice and so little meat/veggies on your plate. The food is dry and no seasoning what’s so ever. Even with the yum yum and teriyaki sauce it’s still so dry. Not to mention each sauce is 75 cents which is ridiculous, they should at least give you one complimentary sauce on the side? 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

Good but not as good as they used to be. Their quality seems down a notch where their prices seems up. Still very good, but they now have competition, and, after my last order I’m more likely to try their competition than to remain loyal.

food is amazing BUT the wait time is outrages. i waited an hour AND A HALF for my food … ridiculous. if you want to eat here make sure you order before you’re even hungry because these people do not care, they will make you wait a very long time for your order even when the restaurant is COMPLETELY empty.
