Ordered a 3 pc only got 2 I asked for extra crispy one wing was literally all Skin and one bite of meat the one breast I got was cocooned in tough skin but this one 3 bites that had no flavor at all. All together I just paid for 4 bites of chicken kfc has fallen so bad!

Everything was good, I was confused on the 16 piece meal, your suposed to get 4 large sides, I only received 3. And if the menu has changed, (as i was told) It should reflect that change on the outside menu, not just for the cashier to see. Visited again today 432023 the food was ok I guess, the bowels are skimpy, and the biscuits wer ridiculously solid hard, not impressed by the service

The chicken I cant even describe because I didnt even get any but I cant describe the service either because I didnt get any of that either. They might as well of been closed because I it feels like they were. That was a lame waste of time.

I ordered food online first of all they charged me for some food I didn’t even receive second of all when I was calling they never answered even tho I called like 30 times third of all I order some chicken nuggets it was all good until I took them out I saw a roach in my food crawling that’s just.nasty that’s how you can tell that kfc is not clean !!!

They totally messed up my order. I ordered the Pot Pie fill-up, didn’t get the drink or cookie and they sent me a Mashed Potato Bowl and of course no one answers the phone. Of course they charged me for what I didn’t receive.

I ordered via drive thru and they had just opened. We were the first customers on a Sunday morning. The service was impeccable. We were asked to wait for a few minutes until our order was ready. While waiting in the parking lot, the staff came out and checked in with us and let us know our food will be out soon. He then brought our food out when it was ready. Double thumbs up to the gentleman that served us. The chicken and waffle sandwich was awesome!
