We got a 5 piece chicken tender meal with fries as the side with BBQ sauce for dipping. As you can see by the picture we got only 4, an maybe a half box of fries. No BBQ sauce was in the bag either. This is not the first time either. There seems to be a bad quality control issue here. When you order 5 tenders you want 5 full sized tenders. Not 3 and a couple small chunks that makes up less than a fill one. And not just 4 tenders. Please train better and instill quality control into your employees.

The place was a disaster Extremely dirty counters and floor There wasn’t one clean table to sit and eat. Had to wipe our own table. Waited over 35 minutes because they continue to make. Our sandwiches wrong I tried to explain to the woman.

Stopped in today for lunch. Wayne at the front counter was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and exceptional customer service skills, something that has become so rare to find. Great price for my meal, when every other fast food establishment is raising their costs. My lunch tasted amazing. I love going to this location and always leave highly satisfied.

When we got the meal home, a big chunk of the crust was missing. I called to talk to someone about it and I was told that this is just the way it went in the oven, not sure how you got tear marks in the crust from it just going in the oven this way. I don’t even want to eat it because it looks like someone else already tried to dig in. It’s possible that the crust just broke and rather than waste it they sold it to a customer, but I have no way of knowing for sure what happened. This is not the first time that the drive through crew has seemed completely disinterested and careless in doing their job.

I never leave negative feedback but I love KFC and its a treat to take my family out to grab some fried chicken every now and again because I can never make it as crispy as you guys can. But recently I’m fed up with this location, they’re rude, a man was very inappropriate to my boyfriend, making a response that “if the corns not sweet enough just bring it back and I’ll stir it up with my finger”. Honestly???!! The past 2 months I tried to go there 3 times and each time the young girl running drive thru had a condescending attitude and was rude telling me “we don’t have any chicken, if you want something you’re gonna have to sit and wait in the parking lot and wait 20 minutes in the parking lot” or “come back later”. I give up, I’m done.

Placed a mobile order last night. Said it would take 20 minutes to prepare. The app gave us a pick up time (20 min after placing the order). Arrived at the pick up time they gave me. Told it would be few minutes (said they were waiting on nuggets) and to pull into the parking lot. Waited 20 minutes! I’m usually very patient with drive thru service, but 20 minutes is excessive. Total order time, 40 minutes.

Chicken sandwich was ok. Felt a little soggy. Nuggets where pretty small but tasted better than the sandwich. Mac and cheese wasn’t impressive I feel like I get more taste from something out of the box but the mashed potatoes and gravy where pretty good. Ain’t how grandma makes it but acceptable. Ordered off door dash.
