I visited Willy’s for a quick dinner this evening. It was busy, but the crew helped move the line efficiently. Even the manager, Sierra, was on the line helping serve the guests. Everyone was friendly and the whole crew was hard at work. Food was fresh. Great environment and awesome food!

If you are going here would highly recommend going in person and not ordering ahead. Online orders regularly take 30-60 minutes it seems like they get a lot of online orders and get backed up but it is hard to tell. Orders are frequently behind the online estimate. I just wish they had better communication on what is being worked on and how far along my order is. Also the last few times some of my chips just weren’t fried at all? Just wet tortillas with oil on them

My visit to this location yesterday was truly the highlight of my day. I was having a really bad day and stopped for a bite to eat, ordering one of my favorite meals. I have to say that I was greeted by two really great customer service teammates, who displayed the best customer service I have experienced in quite some time. They literally had smiles on their faces during our brief exchange and was very friendly. I come here often during my lunch breaks and the staff working here always lifts my spirit! There is one young man in particular who is my absolute favorite, he is always smiling and respectful. I believe he said his name was Rico. working in the food industry is so taxing these days, I would know- and from what I have seen of this young man I would say he needs a raise!

I couldn’t get a chance to eat the food I was asking questions about did they have onions in there because I’m allergic and I didn’t want to get some food and get sick too so I was recommended to go here to get some food but I couldn’t hope someone else would enjoy it like my doctor suggest that I would. I visited Willy’s for the first time for lunch and I must say it was the best meal I’ve had in a long time for such an affordable price. The staff was so friendly, specially the lady with curly hair. She walked me through the process and made everything so easy. Definitely coming back again.
