Came for dinner on their first day open and had a great experience! Emma was friendly and efficient at the counter, and the dining room attendant Nick was friendly and helpful, wiping the tables AND seats and pre-bussing… Great customer service! The pizza was great, and I was surprised and impressed that this location has plugs at almost every table.

Followed a reviewer’s advice to add turkey to the veggie sub & OMG…where do I even begin? Perfectly toasted bread/still soft on the inside, thinly sliced turkey & fresh veggies. I like to get the thousand island dressing instead of the Greek & I dip my chips in it. Tastes so good.

It didn’t occur to me that my wife has a heavy Mexican accent so that when she ordered take out they botched our order big time. Normally I order for us and my accent is Canadian. So be careful if you order over the phone with a foreign accent! They will ruin your order and serve you a very disappointing dinner!

We have ordered from this Dion’s multiple times and they are always messed something up. The food is never as good as the other locations and it’s upsetting. Previously they have gotten salad orders wrong, and forgot dressings (no big deal). Today we ordered a large pizza with special toppings and we got home and opened the box and it was only cheese. As much as we love Dion’s, this location is not the best.

Very disappointed with this location especially for being new. Sandwiches: Bread has been hard not fresh at all. These have been cold Sandwiches so it’s not like it’s been toasted. Hot food doesn’t survive a 5 minute ride home. Taste is not there. Very disappointed.

I ordered take out and sat for 20 minutes waiting. I finally went up to the counter, they pulled my order out of their heated storage oven. They never called me and the pizza was burnt after all that.

Love Dions! For some reason, this location is hit or miss with pizza quality. Multiple times the pizza tasted way too salty. It’s bizarre because I never have this problem with the other locations. Just this one. I write the review so that it can be looked into. Love Dions forever though!!!
