I hate to add to the bad reviews here, but here it goes… Burnt chicken on my chicken sandwich. Smelled worse than it looked. They were nice about replacing it, but the second smelled burnt from the fryer oil having already being used for the previous burnt chicken. I was starving, so ate it anyway. Was really looking forward to eating at KFC. No one gave or offered a receipt. My charge card was correct though.

I went in to pick up my online order that showed as ready. There was only 1 person in front of me but it took her some time to place her order. Then she wanted to purchase something else. The lobby was filling up behind me. Still no one came to assist the cashier. Finally (the manager I believe) called 1 employee from the back. And then went and summoned a 2nd from the rest room. My order was ready. Sitting there waiting for me, while I spent over 10 minutes waiting in line. Remind me, what’s the point of ordering online?

Went to the drive thru and the person taking my order had a real bad attitude. She talked too fast and when I said “excuse me?” her attitude got worse. On my receipt it says Monika. Not only that but the person at the window didn’t even know what I had even though there were only 2 customers. This is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to and will never come back here again.

28 dollars for 12 tenders small tenders at that and 4 biscuits. Are you insane. Are you making up prices now. You can get combo’s with sides for less then that. My receipt also said dipping cups we received no dipping cups we didn’t even get our ranch dressing. I will not be back. I’ve heard of inflation but this is price gouging. With times as they are you are not helping things doing things like this. Same on you. I see your 12 piece tender meal is 19.99 why didn’t some one say that instead of charging me what you did.

Trash place. Just pathetic and unprofessional. They gave me the wrong items and it had the nerve to be undercooked and raw. Then when i come back up here they have ATTITUDES!!! How are you mad. Saying 20 minutes on chicken. 20 minutes ??? All you sell is chicken !! What do you mean. I’m explaining to the little BOY in the window , what’s wrong with my order and he rudely closed the window while I’m speaking. You are lucky I’m saved !
