The view was the best part, but the food was mostly very good too. We thought that the toasted bread that came with the goat cheese appetizer was a bit scant and hard, and they had the same hard toasted bread with the spinach crab dip, which was kind of a bummer. Also, the spinach crab dip had an off color coating on top like it was a little older than it should be. It wasn’t all that tasty either. The New York strip steaks were wonderful, as was the salmon and the strawberry salad. Our server was delightful. All in all it was a very nice place.

1… I didn’t know whether I was suppose to eat the fries or go spear fishing with them. They were so crispy I chipped 3 teeth, made my gums bleed and lost a pinky toe when one fell from my plate and penetrated my boot and sliced it off.

Food was amazing. Took a little while to get our food but we had a large group of 9. Everything was hot and tasty. Holiday drinks were delicious!! We went for dinner the 1st night and lunch right over tubing over at the Plunge.

Live bands were great and the views of the mountains even better. The food was good and fast to your table. Monday night are 2 for 1 burger night which was a great value

Overnight cooked food reheated. Can’t even get hot fries. Garbage. 72.00 for 4 beers and 2 entrees 1 burger and 1 chicken filet sandwich… which came out relatively fast after it was rung it wrong. Server was nice, but I see why she isn’t making money.

Without many options at Wintergreen, this restaurant is typical of what you might expect at a resort. Beautiful views if you’re lucky enough to get a window seat. It was high priced and way under delivered. The burgers consisted of some sort of grey matter that was quite possibly boiled versus grilled. The kids meals were shunned by the kids. The pasta kids meal could have come out of a frozen bag from the grocery store. If you’re weighig your options, I recommend going to the valley below for a good meal.

Great views from restaurant and good service. Decent selection at the bar. The food lacked flavor, texture and arrived colder than I would expect. Mushroom burger had no mushrooms in it. Maybe it’s their off season so they are not fully staffed.
