I recently visited a restaurant and, unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. From the lack of enthusiasm displayed by the employees to the consistently incorrect orders, it was evident that the staff was not motivated to provide quality service. It felt as though they were doing me a favor by serving the food, despite paying for it.

I love the honey walnut shrimp here, it’s my favorite! I always get white rice and put sweet and sour over it. However, the service here sucks 99% of the time. It’s very rare there is a nice person working. They are always very rude in the drive thru.

Paid a buck per small piece of chicken? Feel skimped.. also, the manager or who ever was working was so rude and short. Interrupted me several times. Didn’t even let me finish ordering before telling me to pull forward. Normally have a good time here but this just really sucks. Hope it gets better. Portions and people wise.

The restaurant was messy and unclean. The food was cold. The service was slow and unfriendly. I have been to several Panda Express restaurants and have never seen this. Would not recommend the Midwest City location to anyone

Ordered for about 40-50 people at David Stanley Midwest City, and the team at the Midwest City Panda Express did a great job! The food was hot and ready pretty much on time. The catering portions are huge! They had lots of plates and silverware. Great experience. They were able to get the large order ready in about 45 minutes. Thanks to whoever talked to me on the phone the night before too! They were very polite. Totally coming back again for catering. I eat at Panda Express most Mondays and the team is wonderful. The older lady even remembers my order. Sweet lady.

This is the worst Panda Express in the greater OKC metro area. They never have enough food prepared. They close a half hour to an hour early many nights a week. They people working the drive thru are rude. This visit my half my food was burnt so bad l can’t eat it. I will NEVER go back to this location. The one at 240 & Santa Fe in OKC is the best one. Midwest City store SUCKS.

The chowmein was only under cooked spaghetti, I tasted it and asked for it to be swapped out and was told NO. I asked for a refund and was told NO. The clerks were surly, as was the manager. After some discussion, I was granted an eggroll as a replacement. I will NEVER go there again!! I would never recommend this place!!

This location continues to go down hill. Rude employees never cook anything after 7pm and just short you on your serving size if they don’t have enough. The line was around the building and full inside too at 7 and no white rice and refused to cook the people in front of me more.
