The food I ordered was good, cant lie. Wanted brisket but was out. My main complaint & reason for lower stars is the tea. This is the south, we all drink sweet tea. Instead of sweet tea you have spearmint tea, orange flavored tea & unsweet. Where is the most common & popular basic sweet tea? Im not adding sweetners to unsweet, its just not the same as when the sugar melts when made.

I would rate this place zero, but that wasn’t an option. I called in an order a day in advance for a lunch meeting the following day, and the worker said to call back in the morning. We called back in the morning 3 hours in advance of the meeting and the worker said they were too busy to fill the order in time. I asked to speak to the manager, and John Michael called me back an hour later. He was mad at me for asking his employees to have the sandwiches ready when we asked. We went to Jimmy John’s and they were friendly and right on time. Good luck John Michael.

New yo the area and this was my first visit. Had the BBQ brisket on grilled sourdough. It was very tasty, as were the fries. The menu has sandwich, po-boy and plate offerings that all look delicious.

Tried to order sandwiches a day in advance for a customer meeting. Was told to call back the day of the meeting. Calling 3 hours in advance, was told I couldn’t have the sandwiches on time. Owner made it clear my business wasn’t important to him. End up ordering from Jimmy John’s.
