Great service, fast, and friendly. I even had my dog with me and the lady offered her a free pup cup, which was appreciated. Food is usually great, but crinkle cut fries are sometimes overcooked and not hot. I may try to ask for fresh ones next time though, to see if they will accommodate.

The beef in the Arby’s sandwich was not cut thin enough. This makes the whole sandwich off just a little. I have eaten Arby’s for years and this happens sometimes. The cook has the slicer set just off.

Traveling back to W.V. from our home town visit we stopped for a quick bite to eat.I tried the new steak sandwich buttered garlic and it was very tasty just about all one could want,fresh ciabatta bun,plenty of bacon and steak. The curly fries were ok and the cheese sticks hit the spot. She had the classic roast beef and a side salad and reported both were very good . A good choice for lunch, the price point was a bit high but well worth the investment, ARBY’S you did it again. We got the MEAT!

It was great last time. This time, not so much. Watched the girl working the drive thru eating at the window. Ordered the turkey swiss sandwich and I had to come home and add more turkey to the two slices on there. Definitely not like the picture and not worth the price. Can’t go back because the register ran out of tape and she only gave us the top of the receipt.

So…. How should I start this? I honestly don’t believe 3 TEENAGE kids should be in charge of a store, secondly if you’re gonna talk about a customer negatively make sure you turn your mic off. And lastly spitting on customer food I believe all 3 of you should be fired! I knew something was happening when all 3 of you went back from the view of the customer window something was happening. So yes! The burger that one of you spit on was mine! Best believe corporate will be hearing about this Monday morning! I’m just glad it was my food and not my daughters or fiancée’s. How you have above a 2 star rating is beyond me. Also when I asked for a manager all 3 teenagers said they were the manager.
