The Hero Under God

So this is not the closest but it’s the best in customer service in my opinion. I normally have to go shortly after work when I know ANDRE IS THERE HE HAD A GREAT PROFESSIONAL AGENDA great customer service and my orders is always right with him on the mega phone lol any other time after that it’s mediocre customer service and food dose not be exactly what you ordered them knowing when you get home to find out your not gonna want to drive back. I all said this is a great location overall my top choice.

The food is good, but the person (a Latino female) taking our orders was terrible. My little one was scared to place her order due to this girl’s bad attitude. Additionally, she missed several items in our order.

Really good fast food. I ordered it for first. The Dave’s double with fries. The hamburger was superb, really good flavor, texture and not too much sauce. The fries on the other hand weren’t that, special. Keeping the skin of the potatoe before frying gives it a different taste but that’s it. Totally recommended if you arrive at the 100-115 terminals at Newark Airport

The line was long but moved rather quickly. I was able to jump in line, grab my food and quickly board my flight. The food was neat and well prepared. My only complaint was that the fries were a bit too salt for my liking, however I didn’t ask for fries without salt. Atmosphere was clean and orderly. The staff was pleasant.

Got a spicy chicken sandwich and spicy nuggets. The nuggets were like rubber as if they had been sitting out for hours, they were warm but maybe re heated? The nuggets that were originally made for me were given to a worker who ordered after me so my wait was extended by about 5 min. They did make my drink as soon as I ordered but because of the nuggets that were given away this extended my wait and by the time I got my food the drink was flat. The workers took their time to make the food as they were joking with each other in the back. I know it’s fast food and airport food but if they could care just a little bit or had a manager that actually managed the employees this probably would not have happened. Even for Wendy’s this was sub lar to say the least.
