I went to this restaurant for lunch at 1 pm and it was not at all busy. Food looks fresh but was lukewarm. Prices are reasonable and service was very fast. There is limited seating and it is located on the second floor. I’m not sure there is elevator access.

We had a 3-choice plate and a fresh made NY steak w shrimp. Both were very tasty. I think this is the numba one No 1 Chinese on Kauai. Aloha!
