These people DO NOT pay attention to your order if you want to be disappointed then this is the place for you. Please make sure you check your food before leaving. I just don’t see how or why the customer should have to drive back for the second time and spend my gas for the second time just so they can fix the mistake they made!!!! Spoke with manager Alex That’s just crazy they didn’t want to do a refund because they said I need to be in the store. So I wonder what happens to out of town customers??? I didn’t have to spend my money at this business I could have easily taken my business and money elsewhere were at least they going to get my order right. Customer service doesn’t exist here I DO NOT recommend this restaurant

Don’t get me wrong, I love Taco Bell. This one, however, I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with. The food is mediocre and inconsistent. The customer service is the worst part though. They never seem to know what they’re doing, mess up orders constantly, all while rude in the process. I do recommend Taco Bell, though this particular one I recommend avoiding.

We were lucky in that we got our food. Eight people walked in after we were seated with our food and eight people walked out. No one came to the counter to help them. The women servicing the drive-thru saw them, they didn’t call for help and they didn’t step up to help the people. Bad business.

Messed up my order, skimped on half the food and when calling to inform manager of the issues, manager Brittany felt that arguing about the issues was better than correcting them. Had to wait 7 min in the drive thru for fresh potatoes but couldn’t actually fill the 4 tacos only fiesta potatoes was fulfilled fresh. I’m not coming to taco bell to pay for lettuce and a tortilla.
