After looking at the reviews, I thought I would try this neighborhood restaurant near my home. The food tasted fresh but lacked flavor. I’m more accustomed to crispy orange chicken and this was a bit soggy and lacked flavor.

I got the shrimp fried rice, which came with 8 huge shrimps, on a jumbo plate and a jumbo portion. It was really good and the staff was very friendly, funny and accommodating. The only thing I didn’t like was the shrimp not being cleaned. But that is minor and I’ll return when I’m in the area.

First time visit. The staff was ultra friendly. I believe they were the owners. The food was very tasty and the portion sizes were awesome (big). The lady came out to talk to us. Very nice. They do habe lunch specials. The reason why I gave 4 stars and not five was the wait time for our food. It was most definitely fresh. However we waited almost 20 minutes and we were the only people in the restaurant. There were to go orders being made. I would recommend this place.

I wouldn’t normally go out of my way to write a bad review but this has to be said so hopefully the owners can make improvements…

Very nice teriyaki spot, bento box was delicious. The tempura was crunchy and the chicken was nicely sauced. Service was quick and friendly.

Great service with awesome food and ample portions for the price. I am so happy I stopped here. I was even offered hot tea while I waited for my take out order.

Well due to covid my usual teriyaki place closed and new owner took over. Too high priced , so looking for another place so I tried this place. Customer service was great but when the owners are down playing other teriyaki restaurants and trying to verbally get you on as a regular that’s a red flag for me. I have preferred the chicken and beef teriyaki and I asked for salad and ended up with triple the rice when I said I did not want all the extra rice and it was over cooked. I messed around and ordered the fried rice and shrimp and vegetable tempura and I will never do that again. I’ll just stick to the teriyaki. They do not know how to make fried rice period. I have no idea what that was I ended up with looks like they took zucchini, carrot, a ton of onion, beef, chicken and threw it together and Said wa la…. And the tempura OMG was God awful it was cooked in very old grease wasn’t even edible. That did it for me. My last straw. I’ll find somewhere else if I have to go across town.

Everything is delicious, they have the best cream cheese wontons and katsu. Lovely little mom and pop teriyaki place. The owners are very sweet.

I was thinking about this restaurant the other day and I miss this place. I now live in Ohio, but this place is amazing! The owners are sweet. Solid food at a solid price and quick turnaround too. I used to love going next door to value village to wait in my food and by the time I left that store Ginza would have my order ready and piping hot without fail! I recommend the chicken fried rice and egg drop soup! Best in town! I miss you Ginza! Hope to visit and see you guys again soon!
