Showed up a little before 8pm. As my family entered they greeted with “you’re just in time!” and locked the door behind us and said we were ok to stay and order. Then we asked if it was okay to eat in we were told that was fine. There were two other families dining in. We ordered blizzards and they were melted probably because of the extreme heat in the building. We proceeded to sit down to eat the blizzards and no sooner told that the dining room is closed not and we have to leave. Even though they just said we could eat in and the sign on the door says the dining room closed at 9pm. Manager said they were still on “covid hours!”

The staff here questioned me and made me feel like I had 6 heads and they acted like they had no idea what I was requesting for everything I ordered. Chocolate dipped cone with peanuts? Impossible to do. Cup of whip cream? What’s that?? Made me feel uncomfortable/dumb for what I ordered and very cold. Not a vibe.

The service was good but the emphasis on the word chill was definitely lacking in the indoor atmosphere. The other customers and I noticed it was completely hot inside this location. The air wasn’t working and was also making our ice cream melt faster than we could eat it. Please fix your central air. Thank you.

Save your time, and your money, and sanity and visit the CLIO location. This location is slow, serves absolutely cold food, then when I called several times the day of Noone answered, called again the next day, Noone answered.. when I finally got ahold of someone I was informed they would not make it right because it had been a few days . Terrible!

Every time I come here they mess something up. I literally never get all of my food or I get some one else’s food. The chicken tenders are actually a joke they’re tiny and purely cartilage. They have no standards of what they send out and that’s obvious. I get fast food work sucks but come on almost $9 for 4 of these??

We stopped Sunday evening. I ordered 2 blizzards. The lady had me repeat my order in the drive thru. When we got to the window they only charged me for 1 blizzard. She never put in one of the blizzards. When I said that the girl at the window gave me an attitude and didn’t listen to my order for the first blizzard. We had to wait 10 minutes for it. When the guy brought it to my car he threw it at me and walked away. The blizzard wasn’t correct! I used to stop there all the time but won’t go there anymore.

My blizzard had 4 pieces of cookie dough, but was loaded with sprinkles. The lobby floor was wet. And the ladies bathroom has not been scrubbed in quite some time.
