Ordered on the app as we were heading west on hwy 56. They had a nice little outdoor dining are with 4-5 round tables, and a small playground the kids could play on. Food came out shortly after we checked in. Everything was made to order and tasted great! We will plan on making this a usual stop on times we head west!

We were camping at Marion lake this weekend and wanted a treat to beat the heat. We had a large order with 12 drinks/blasts and a couple of food items. Saturday crew 7.29.2023, outstanding job! It looked like they made our food and treats for themselves or their family! Everyone received just what they ordered and with plenty of toppings. It really looked like the cared about our order and experience. Thank you!!!

We were trying to make an order in their app, but it kept saying something went wrong and wouldn’t go through. So when we drove over there to see what was wrong and maybe just make the order through one of the stalls, the first four or five that we pulled into were not working. When we finally found a working stall I pushed the button, and we waited quite a while for anyone to answer, which is normal for this place. When she finally answered I simply ask if the app was working or not, to which she snapped back very rudely “THE APP IS WORKING”. So we told her what was going on she calmed down a bit and said that the reason it was saying something went wrong was because they were out of some ingredients, so we would have to get something else. When we made some changes and the order went through we tried to check in on the app and got an error that the stall we were in wasn’t available. A place with prices as high as Sonic should be able to maintain their equipment and hire people who know what customer service is. I DON’T recommend this place, and won’t be back.

Poor/rude service, food is cold or luke warm if your lucky, pretzel always over cooked, food is carelessly sloppy and lacking, after reading the order back and being rushed to stop talking they still messed it up and had to send it back to have remade leaving the rest of my order to get even colder while we waited and no compensation happened for this issue…and when i brought it up the gal said well it took 15 min to take your order and its just the 2 of us here right now and your order was the biggest order we’ve had all night. (So its ok to mess up our order and give poor quality food and service because we had a large $51 order and took 15 min to make the order). They always mess up the orders but as its a small area Theres not that many options for food so we are stuck with poor quality food that made us all sick to the stomach and poor quality service with no compensation for them messing up the order even after i tried to repeat it back and the guy just kept rushing me saying is there anything else after i said each thing in my ordered so i could make sure that they had it all correct. There’s no excuse to mess up am order if i repeated it back!!!!! We go there and as the biggest order paying that much you would expect that they would want to make sure we come back and would put a bit more effort in to making sure there’s quality there…to top it off when i went back the next afternoon to speak with the manager about this service it was the same guy that took my order the night before and he justified it by saying I’m sorry would you like me to remake the tots for you i was really busy and the cook served the other order behind you because it wasn’t as much as mine was and the other order was just drinks the cook probably already had food down. So basically my concerns were not going to be addressed!!!

Pretty awful experience with the new patty melt and staff. As shown in picture the texas toast was saturated in butter with no “toasting” observable. I tried 2 bites but the butter was over powering and not edible. I asked a car hop if that is how it’s supposed to be and she admitted it was not made correctly and she would “tell them inside”. The manager never came out. Burger was remade correctly. Just paid $4 to donate to Sonic’s trash can. Thanks guys.

Had breakfast burrito. More sausage please! Was more egg than anything else. We had lunch there the day before and that was great. French fries where good and hot so where the corn dogs! Was pleasantly surprised!
