The only thing good about this location is the tables are clean! No one is ever prepared to take your order let alone there’s no hot food it’s literally been there since opening! There is never Mashed potatoes!!

Was working in the area thought I’d get a meal here, been enjoying Boston Market for years. Nope. Not here. They were out of sauce. All sauces. I thought ok, it’s late maybe they’ve been busy today. Nope. A WEEK later no sauce. How is this possible? It’s like McDonald’s running out of burgers. For a WEEK.

Horrible place, has very racist workers. Why do employees feel the need to call black women monkeys honestly baffles me. And then the manager harasses these women for speaking out. DISGUSTING. The rotisserie chicken here is awesome!! I’ve been living in Boston for a few months and started to get homesick for mom’s roast chicken and this place hits the spot! Just as good as moms, always comes piping hot even though we get it delivered and it’s a 15 minute drive at least.

Repulsive food would be an severe understatement… the chicken was the only decent part of my meal. Mashed potatoes tasted foul and had a watery texture and the Mac & cheese suffered the exact same fate. After just a couple of bites the rotten aftertaste was too overpowering and I had to trash the rest. This location has gone downhill significantly in quality.
