After reading a few bad reviews I was skeptical about trying this place but…. I went in today at 6:30pm 06/03/23 and the customer service & food was phenomenal! & it’s affordable. Timothy is such a sweet guy & attentive. Also the manager was sweet and provided us coupons for a future visit.

We were a little apprehensive due to the reviews but honestly it was pretty good! We picked it up after 7. Fries were awesome! Biscuit was super awesome! Chicken tasted great despite being in warmer for awhile so I’m going to assume it tastes even better when fresh!

Absolutely delighted that I chose to give Krispy Krunchy Chicken a try after finishing my shopping at Walmart. I can’t decide which was better, the food or the staff. Timothy was friendly, welcoming and walked around the lobby and ensured we were enjoying our food. That’s not something you see at most fast food places.

It took forever to get our food. The corn dogs were still cold in the middle. The honey biscuit was so hard you couldn’t eat it. There were only 2 people working and it was not efficient. The place just opened and they were out of large lids and it wasn’t clean. I could have gotten the corn dogs in Walmart and had a better experience. They need to do better training.

Was told that the meal deal included drink and a side. Realized I was over charged after the fact – also , if you get the 4 piece chicken tenders you are allowed one small sauce and if you want another – it’s another 70 cent up charge.
