When this company first opened up, they had the best shrimp fried rice. The last 2 times, the rice has had no flavor. Not sure if they changed cooks but unfortunately I won’t be going back again. My son had the hot wings which he said tasted good but they were super tiny. The lady taking my order wasn’t very pleasant either and got my order wrong. Ordered a large but she sold me a small which turned out fine since it wasn’t very good.

The outside appearance could be invested in some but that’s about the only con. My cousin and I drove from Eufaula to try it for ourselves and it was everything we expected. Great service good atmosphere , good people and vibes. The food was on point and the servings was as expected. Would recommend for anyone with a taste for something good for a good price and wait time

OMG!!! This Food Was Delicious!!! Glad we stayed at a nearby hotel to see what was around us & plus we had to go to Walmart as well. We dropped by after getting out of Walmart since it was right there and definitely happy that we did! From out of town and This Food Was Delicious! Loved the Fried Rice & Lemon Pepper Wings!!! Definitely will stop by again if ever have to come or go through Columbus GA.

The food here is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going ever since they opened a few years back and have always enjoyed the food bc it is delicious every single time and very consistent. My only problem is you will always get horrible service. It was not this. When they first opened there were several nice employees who cares about their customers but now you will find rude employees who do not care about the guests or employees who are self-absorbed so they don’t give the guests any attention. Tonight when I went there was one nice employee who was restocking the bags and cleaning tables. She’s also the one I went to to fix my order after the cashier messed it up. The cashier not only messed up my order but blamed the cook then yelled at the cook for her mistake. She also charged me the wrong amount and rang in my order wrong to begin with. Needless to say I did not enjoy my experience at this BTJ’s but I rarely do except for my food. I will be back however it will be solely for the food not the experience.

Great food and great customer service the ladies that work there are always sweet. Even though it’s hot as hell in there but the food makes up for it and the homemade lemonade super delicious. Keep up the great work. Check then out you want be disappointed.

Been calling for 4 hrs nobody pick up the phone can’t say they’re busy. I’m right in front of the door calling in my order because I’m on lunch break. This is all the time you called they don’t answer this place needs better people working in there. I also have witnesses myself being in there they don’t answer the phone.
