I’ve tried all the chain pizza places and by far little Caesars is my favorite. Food quality varies from store to store (duh) but this location is always exceptional. I order delivery a couple times a month and the pizza is perfect. I specify that I like mine lightly baked and it always comes out perfect. Always great! The only little Caesars I’ll order from in kc.

Well two hours before closing my family and I stop for pizza. The young man at the counter told me they were not making crazy bread for the rest of the evening. I went on to purchase a pizza and wait 15-20 mins while in the car I seen other customers order crazy bread. So I decided to order it online and guess what some how they had it!! I was so upset I attempted to call management but no managers on site(all weekend apparently). Literally ran by kids!! So frustrating no hot and ready pizzas available either, but if you order online I guess that’s the only way to go. This location needs help bad.

This little Caesars is absolutely filthy, there are never any hot and ready pizza at noon, they don’t know what a pepperoni cheese bread is, the lady that is at the front counter. The majority of the time is very rude and disrespectful to customers she needs to learn some hospitality. She was on the phone for over five minutes while I waited in the lobby and then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t have it ready to go.

Ordered online and was given a code for the pizza portal via an email. Arrived a few minutes early, nothing showing yet on the screen, so I waited in what was a very chaotic and goofy front counter. After 15 minutes the front counter gal asked me what I was waiting for and then turned around and pulled my order from the warmer behind her?? which had in fact been there the whole time. Also, the crazy bread is such a disappointment anymore. Underdone, no color to it, hardly any Parmesan cheese on them and this time not even cut?!

Placed an order through the Little Caesar app that never arrived. Called the store and they told me to call door dash. Neither call helped and both disconnected while on hold. Then I attempted to get a refund and door dash said contact store. I called and no one answered I then tried the online customer service. I have received no response after more than a dozen attempts over more than a month. I also attempted the BBB and they also closed the ticket after 30 days of not being able to contact the business. I just want my refund from April 10th.

Placed an online order to be ready for pick up at 5pm. I arrive at the store about 10 minutes prior to pick up time. I sit in my vehicle waiting for the email saying that my order was ready. I waited, and waited, and waited. All the while I am sitting there waiting, this employee keeps bringing out orders to people’s vehicles; not once does this employee address me in any way, shape, or form. I went inside, looking at the Pizza Portal machines for my name twice; not one employee addresses me again. After more than an hour of waiting for the email about my order, I finally went back inside a third time. Stood in line at the register, and when the customer in front of me was finished, all the employees went to the kitchen area and left me standing there yet another 5 minutes. When the employee finally came back to the register, he wouldn’t speak to me. I show him my original order email, telling him that I have been waiting over an hour to be notified that my order was ready. He then says in the lowest of voices, our machines aren’t working. That whole time my order was sitting in their warmer.

I drove past the Little Ceasars Pizza on Oak Trafficway and decided to grab a pizza. As I walked in i noticed a line which told me that this pizza place is doing something right. The service was prompt and excellent. The cashier was friendly and had a nice smile. My pizza was fast to arrive and was piping hot with goodness like Little Ceasars is known for.

Pizza isn’t sliced through or even slightly evenly. Breadsticks are doughy and have next to no seasoning. Sauces weren’t delivered. Drink wasn’t delivered. Second time in two weeks with nearly all the same issues.

I had left a bad review, because I have consistently had bad pizza from this little ceasers. But the lady was very nice and gave us a new pizza for free. But that’s dependent on the worker, so your experience could be different.
