We had the “chicken” pot pies to go for dinner. Our only problem was, were is the chicken. Lots of potatoes and carrots, some peas and no chicken. Not even sure if there was a chicken flavor. We also got the 12 piece nuggets for a later snack. Very pleased with that. No more pot pies for us. The nuggets are why we gave a 3 star

This KFC has the worst customer service in the area! This is the second time I’ve personally experienced poor service and their won’t be a third. I tried to order a 16 pc bucket last night at 8:25 in the evening and was told they didn’t have enough chicken to accommodate my order. When I said I’d wait for it, I was told by whoever was running the drive thru, that they were not cooking any more chicken because the cook was done for the night. FYI the store closes at 10:30! If you have the gas keep driving, you’ll thank yourself…the attitudes and aggravation is so not worth the price of the chicken!

Update 8/16/21: Was in the area and in a pinch when my family requested KFC. Thought to myself that it might be a better experience. I was wrong! 10pc thighs & drumsticks and the thighs looked like this! Not to mention the inch of grease in the bottom of the bucket and seeping through it. Disgusting!! Never again!

I brought a 12 piece bucket of mixed chicken the other night. However, after eating 2 pieces of chicken, ending throwing up severely. I wished that I’d looked at the reviews first before buying their chicken. This chicken is very old, old, old chicken. I’ll never eat there ever ever again. Terrible place.

This place is a complete dumpster fire, like every fast food restaurant on Rodi road. It’s always nice to walk into a business and stand at the counter and be completely ignored by the entire staff. There was a “young lady” behind the counter who was dressed like she was about to go clubbing cursing up a storm(full on profanity) because she was upset at either a drive through patron or another “employee”; that was much more important than, you know, helping a customer. I know these places attract the bottom of the barrel when it comes to employees but, good lord, what an awful place this location is. Whoever owns it should close it down.
