1st time visiting today. I was in route to All Island Cafe on Memorial Dr. in Decatur. I live in Covington, GA. so I do have to travel to get great Island food. I saw Golden Krust as im driving up 78 & thght I will give a try after seeing the long drive thru lines Good sign for me. Nice & clean as I entered. Food looked fresh on display no food on counters. I took to the older short lady she was very patient & nice. There was 3 others. The lady working the drive thru definitely looked as if she was tired & having a long day(attitude) I ask her abt the juice she ignored me however the older lady gave a small cup to try it & I ended up buying a Lrg Pineapple Ginger. The more I talk to her the more i purchased. I spent $65 food just for ME! Coco Bread, Veggie Jam Patty. 2 Curry Goat Rice & Peas, (because No Snapper).. w/Cabbage & Plantains. Side of Mac & Cheese which were All so yummy fresh & deelish

Food was horrible, Red snapper still had scales on it, wasnt cooked to brown, rice was very dry, cabbage was horribly tasteless, we asked for brown gravy, received none, we also ordered 2 patties w/cocoa bread, patties were not hot, bread was stuck together almost overly moistened. Total cost me over $62

My go to meal is a fried dumpling, a veggie and a spinach patty. This place never disappoints. I’ve had most everything else as well and it’s always good. The location is clean and the staff is friendly.

Went in today to place an order, only 1 person ahead, several people behind the line, no greeting whatsoever. After ten minutes no greeting any of the customers in the lobby. I waited patiently to be told to give them a minute. I was reluctant to continue to wait and informed the gentleman that I’m fine I didn’t want anything and proceeded to leave…. Unfortunately he didn’t like that and made a statement towards me for leaving. I didn’t entertain it. I refuse to support a business that has poor customer service. My silent actions should’ve indicated that there was an issue. A quick “someone will be with you momentarily” would’ve been acceptable, not an attitude and despicable remark. Your food isn’t the only thing that wins customers, the experience and service makes them choose you over other food establishments near and far.

I have been traveling to Loganville and sometimes Decatur to get some good Jamaican food. I went in and they have a large friendly staff that greets everyone. Fast friendly service. I bought brown stew chicken, jerk chicken, rice and peas w/ extra gravy and some spicy beef patties. The chicken was so good. Rice was perfect and the plantains were cooked perfectly. My family loved it. I will definitely be back.

Kids use to love their mild beef patties but it appears to be more on the spicy side compared to in the past. Food prices are super high oxtail $30. That is dining in prices were you have a waiter not take out.

Drive through is slow! Even when it’s not busy they’re just slow. It’s so annoying. Came here for breakfast one morning around 9:40am. There were no other customers in line nor inside the store. It took them 7 mins to plate the food and then gave me the wrong order. I was so annoyed.

Food is Americanized no flavor and the lady with the blonde wig n contacts too mean to work in customer service . Prices too high for people to be stingy with food and have bad attitude. U wouldn’t recommend anybody come here . Go to C&L by McDonald’s . Food is actually good and they have customer service. Lucky they was closed on Monday or golden krust wouldn’t get a cent out of me . All these complaints and no changes. Save ur money people or go to a different location not this one.

I’m appalled at how I was treated by the owner today 7/29/23. I along with my coworkers ordered online meals and prepaid. It was 4 separate orders. I go in and wait in line to pick up preordered food. This gentleman, who later I find out he’s the owner, asked for my order. He asked to see my ID. I told him that I have the order numbers and names of the purchasers. He tells me that wasn’t sufficient that he needed my ID. He feels my hesitation and picks up his phone and gestures to photograph my work ID. I looked shocked and told him no. Needless to say this was a back and forth thing with him protecting his food as though I was asking for something free. All the while people around me are picking up orders without being carded. Then he said for me to give him the last 4 numbers of each persons card. You would think I was picking up alcohol or
