Slim pickings around this area. Best alternative if you want authentic Pizza is Pizza Pie. Papas has been hit or miss for over 1.5 years I lived in the area. Always delivery or pick up but its each time it’s a surprise what you will get. Maybe someday in the next century a few restaurants will realize the demand in the area and actually build out here. The last new “restaurant” to open was “Culvers” lol.

Ordered a papadia steak extr meat without peppers order came it had a few tiny pieces of steak on it. Call the store to manager. He says I didn’t make your sandwhich ill give you a credit though, then say we used the last of the steak on your meal. So if you knew you didn’t have enough to fill a order then why did you send the order out ???? Not calling and telling me that I would of switched my order. Whole time on this phone call the manager did not care and giving off a couple of words at a time and left in silence, then another couple words. Contacted papjohna customer support and made a complaint about the order and store manager, which obviously already had bad reviews for the management for this location.

I’m giving 2 stars because the pizza is good but the delivery experience is only occasionally good. Our most recent order was placed online at 5:24PM and a 65 minute delivery estimate. At 6:30PM, I checked the tracker and it showed “Delivered” but there was no pizza. Called the store and was placed on a “brief hold” of 10+ minutes before speaking with someone. I was told that when they are busy, they use DoorDash to deliver but the driver’s car broke down and they would expedite delivery with another driver. I said that by the time that happened, the pizza would be cold so I wanted to cancel the order. The pizza was delivered at 7:07PM.

Cancelled 3 online orders today so placed between 4-6 (dinner). They delivered just fine yesterday at the same time, on a weekend. I guess whoever working today just tossed online orders to the wayside and lost the storefront money.

You ever have an experience so bad it made the rest of your night miserable? Well if your looking for a miserable experience, terrible pizza(as in not what you would ever get at any other Papa John’s), poor management, awful customer service look no further!!! This is the place for you! They will mess up your order and tell you, your wrong when they mess up. After your done talking and telling them what went wrong they will say “anything else” and when your expecting some sort of credit or refund because you already drove 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back because you craved your papa John’s that we all know and love, your used to other stores being prompt and serving orders accurately. I like this location, had problems with the organizations online order system. The people that takes your order, don’t really understand Americans taste in food, so they always get my order wrong, but since I spoke the manager about the issues I was have with online he gave me the direct number to this location,I haven’t had a issue since.
