Associate that took my order and was responsible for filling it had a horrible attitude. Conveniently didnt print a receipt when I expressed I needed one which is also used so other associates know what orders are together to be bagged. With an attitude she said it would be in the bag. Watched associate give my order away to an order that was not even needed so I had to wait even longer. I ended up having to go back to the register to obtain a receipt luckily the manager passed by as the associate fumbled to even fix the situation she created. Sadly one person ruins the whole experience with their incompetence and attitude.

Couldn’t really understand the woman speaking through the mic while ordering.then the lady said it’s going to be 7 minutes on the apple pies.by time I got to the window to pay,it’s been over 7 minutes,then waited another 5 minutes which was fine.so after I’ve eaten my food on my way home,I went to get me one of the apple pies and it didn’t have any sugar on it.so of course I didn’t turn around because it just wasn’t worth it.

I’m not sure how they have cold fries every time I go there, but they do. And their burgers are almost always cold too. It’s better to drive to the one at the shell station at hot point. The food there is hot at least.

My son and I stopped in while making a trip to ATL, not conveinant at all from I-95, like 2.2 miles away from the exit. And when you get there, your order is garenteed to be wrong. Even if you walked it. As we were waiting for our food another lady came in from the drive thru with a messed up order. I got in the truck and got a half mile down the road and got my biscuit out, no cheese on the bacon egg and cheese, the egg look it was cooked yesterday and the bacon was uncooked.
