Man, this place used to be good but has sharply declined these last couple of months. Pizzas come out under baked, sloppy and spikey with grease. The toppings are never right, don’t trust them to know how to half a pizza. With the seven people in the back I would have assumed one of them could make a pizza but it was just absolute chaos. It was great a while ago, but I’m over it now.

very fast friendly and good quality customer service at this location. I love my local Papa John’s in Phoenix but definitely will be returning customer here when I come back to visit in Lake Havasu, the two employees that were there tonight were very nice and quick and I appreciate them.

Pizza arrived cold, not even a touch of warmth. I ordered the pineapple and ham. Nine small pieces of pineapple some slices had none. Three of the slices had no ham. It was delivered too hungry to send back i was at work

What a sad looking pizza I bought. I Ordered a large thin crust cheese with onion and mushroom normal amount. There were 4? pieces of mushroom, a fair amount of onion and what I thought was a few chunks of onion turned out to be PINEAPPLE. SIGH…with tax $20.00 – and not a happy eater.

Avoid this Papa Johns location. I’ve never come across such bad business ethics. This franchise location does not honor vouchers and they purposely turn off their online ordering to prohibit customers from getting online deals that corporate puts out. The $7.99 1-topping carryout isn’t honored here. They charge $10, the location in Bullhead City has the deal. The Lake Havasu franchise owner cares more about profits than customer satisfaction. My $10.87 carryout order went up 70% to over $17.00 when I handed them a $10 voucher. Not cool at all. We are never returning, especially since the pizza wasn’t even as good as a $5 Little Caesars. Very disappointed in this place.
