First off, this is a ghost restaurant. The food is prepared by Gidi Bar & Grill. I ordered the 8 piece wing combo. Wings are not crispy at all. Not sure if they are baked or fried. The Buffalo sauce was very mild in spiciness and flavor. I didn’t receive my fries. I also received my order later than expected time, due to restaurant forgetting to turn on the ticket machine. The biggest problem is, in order to cancel/refund an order, you have to deal with a 3rd party. You can’t call Lonestar Chicken, no one will answer. I do not recommend this place solely based on customer support.
