Service is super fast & fresh as always. The grilled shrimp vermicelli is one of my favorite since it’s light & the shrimp is cooked perfectly. Ive tried countless items on their menu & everything from flavor to texture is all around great! The rice cake is also a must have! Our favorite place to visit when we are in the Katy area! You will not be disappointed.

The food was fresh and delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the roast chicken and sticky rice, wonton soup, and bbq pork fried rice. The strawberry lemonade was very good, too.

My family wanted to try something new and have always seen Jia Kitchen, but it wasn’t until we were already seated that we found out it was the exact same as Tan Tan Wok next door, under a different name.

Delicious vietnamese food. Reminds me of Tan Tan, but better.

Went into Tan Tan Wok and it was link to Jia Kitchen with a door on the inside so they sat us at Jia Kitchen. Food was not bad with pretty generous portion. Service was ok. It feels more like a cafeteria than a restaurant with the noise level and type of service you received. Great for a very casual fast meal. Food ordered was ready really fast too.

Very poor experience. Food did not taste fresh, told the waiter than I could not finish my meal after a few bites because my stomach started to hurt. I had to leave so I could not order another meal, they forced me to pay $17 3 bites of food. Poor customer service as the manager dismissed my complaints:

This was saved in my queue, and I don’t recall why. The mapo is incorrect. It has onions. The peking is alright for 20. Their signature banh bot chien is nice and has 3 different dips, including a cup of jalapenos in juice. Hated the energy of the room and decided to do takeout instead of dine in.

I will suggest folks to go there because the food is freshly made, the customer service is good but you must make things clear, some of the staff may not be fluent in English so you must make things clear when ordering. The place is pretty cool inside. Please make sure if you are ordering spring rolls they do not have traditional egg rolls, so please make sure, to make it clear. The have some amazing drinks so give a try. Once again if you are looking for a clean fresh Chinese food this is your place in Katy.
