My husband and I came to dinner with a couple of friends Friday evening, we’re were greeted an sat right away. It was our first time here so our greeter gave us the run down. We go and grab our own dishes from the buffet and bring them back to our table. They have a pretty good variety of meat and sides for the hot pot. Everything was so good! The only negative for us was that it’s 1 hot pot divided into 3 flavors; spicy, tomatoe and chicken, from there we share. We’ve gone to a different KBBQ and each person has their own individual Shabu Shabu and honestly I prefer it. Overall, we had a great time. We stayed passed the 2 hour limit because we were conversating (not eating anymore) and we were not asked to leave. On the contrary, the host asked if we wanted more water refills. They were very nice and attentive.

Terrible terrible experience. Came here to eat with friends today. First time as well as last time. I found two maggots in the broccoli, and my friend friendly told the waitress. She just took the plate and walked away without apologizing. Instead, they just keep staring at us. After a while, to test to see if they change the rest of the broccoli, we took another plate of broccoli, and just as we thought, we found another maggot. On top of that, they didn’t check up on us to see how everything going or refill our water until we ask. Not recommend to eat here

This place used to be amazing, but now it is the lowest quality meat possible. The price tag of $25 per person, including for children under 12 is too much for the poor quality that is offered. For $25 you can find a much better meal just about anywhere else in Plano. The venting system is also really bad, so carefully choose where you sit or you will have steam blowing on you your entire meal. The AC was unable to keep up with the Texas heat so in addition to steam blowing on you it was also uncomfortably hot. We usually just get water when we go out to eat, but if you are a soda drinker they only habe can sodas and they charge per can.

All you can eat grill and hotpot(bit extra $). Overall it’s a great value. Tons of food for a great price and service was cordial. The variety is not bad as they have to Carter for hotpot and grilled items. Their pork meat shines above the other type of meat. The only issue we had was that the grill was the heat of the grill being weak despite of having at the highest setting. It was hard to char the ingredients without overcooking them.

Me and my husband love this place. It’s very nice and comfy when you can get whatever you want to eat. Remember you have 2hrs to eat. And I think that’s good enough. Good service and good price too. $24/adult. $9/kid

Very nice all you can eat Korean BBQ or Hot Pot and good price too. Meats, seafood and vegetables are very fresh. Love the selections of different cuts of beef and the marinated is very flavorful. You get your food and cook at your table.

First time going here and had a terrible experience. Bad service and unsafe food quality. Will not be coming back. Went into the restaurant with friends and was seated by one of the employees. When we went ahead and got our food items, we sat down and began to eat. One of my friends found maggots in their broccoli so I went ahead and reported it to one of the employees. She didn’t really apologize about it. She just looked at it and showed this one tall guy with glasses that was standing at the register and he kept staring at my table during this. There was not a moment during our stay that they even came to apologize about what happened. They just kept staring at us and look away when we noticed them staring. They also kept looking at us knowing we needed our grill changed and our waters refilled but we had to ask for it to be done. It wouldve been very much appreciated if they took the time to apologize about it, but all we got were stares. About 30 minutes later, we went ahead and tried to get more broccoli (thinking they had changed it out since we found maggots) but when looking at it, we still found maggots in the broccoli so they did not throw away the broccoli from before! There were quite a bit of people eating there meaning they could’ve have been possibly consuming the broccoli with maggots if they got that item. I really don’t know why they couldn’t have apologized about the incident instead of just staring. Even more so, why did they not dispose of it knowing people were coming in and that there were maggots in it? We even had to ask for the check and when we paid and they brought it back, the male worker kind of rudely set it on the table and didn’t really say much to us. Was not welcoming at all. The picture I took was after we went to get the broccoli a second time to see if they disposed the old tray of broccoli. I am aware that these things may happen since mistakes happen, but at least apologize to customers and help fix the issue so no one can accidentally consume that. Don’t just awkwardly stare at them continuously and walk by weirdly. I highly recommend that you don’t eat here.

Been going here for years… today maybe the last. Table of 3 and charged 18% tip and never bothered once checking on us to refill water or changing the grill. Server actually yelled at us when i confronted the auto tip. stating if we want something we need ask him for it. Seriously? The receipt even states 18% on table of 5 or more. It wasnt even busy. 3 tables! So check your receipt!!! It was the skinner taller dude with pony tail and glasses. Fyi for the manager

You get lots of meat for food choices but the veggies are kinda limited. The desserts are 100% horrible and more of an afterthought. It took me 3 visits to notice the rice cooker. The placement of the hot pot is not very useful for a party larger than 3. They should bring a hot plate out for an additional pot to be used. The price tag is too much for the food quality and the overall experience but my kids love it so I’m stuck.
