They used to be great. Now we get cheesey bread that they literally forgot to put the cheese in and no response from customer service. It’s incredible how fast they went downhill. They also have a timer for how fast your pizza is supposed to be brought out when you pick it up yourself, but they stop the timer early and tell their system they brought it out, and then bring it out five minutes later so you don’t get your free pizza for having to wait. When I called to try and complain, it took two tries to even get anyone on the phone and then I was hung up on when they realized it was a complaint.

Hardcore Habits
This domino’s location is trash. Every time I order for this location, pizza is either burnt, or lacking cheese. I avoid this dominos for almost a year. And decide to give them another shot. And the consistency of bad pizza is still a thing… get it together 32nd AVE.

I ordered pizza at 7:35pm on 11/20/22. It is now 9:05pm and the tracker still shows it hasn’t even left the store. I called them about 25 minutes ago to ask what was going on and they gave a half-hearted apology after telling me the pizza is still on the rack and they’re waiting for a driver to return. The employee who answered the phone told me their orders were taking TWO hours earlier, as if somehow that would make me feel better. Honestly, if they just told me in advance that it was going to take two hours to deliver my pizza, I would have gone to pick it up or ordered from an actually competent establishment. No harm done. Instead, they leave me waiting around for over 1.5 hours now with no communication whatsoever, and I’m starving, annoyed, and about to get a VERY old pizza. This is ridiculous. Will avoid this store for the foreseeable future unless they can find a way to make it right.

I ordered a pizza and pasta for delivery, and when I stepped back into my apartment I opened the pasta and realized they sent the wrong pasta AND the pasta was very burnt around the edges. I called back right away, but was kept on hold for over 30 minutes before they hung up the phone. By that time, the store was closed for the evening. Very disappointed in the customer service. 🙁

The delivery time was fine, but the quality of the pizza was horrendous. I have ordered from Dominos at least a hundred times in my life and never have I seen pizza delivered like this. The pizzas were not even the correct size. The thin crust pizza was totally burnt and horribly cut. The sausage pizza didn’t even have the toppings on all of the slices. I can’t even tell you how disappointed I was with this pizza. When I called the store, they wouldn’t own up to their mistakes. Will not be ordering from this store again!

Placed a order at least 5 hrs in advanced for a birthday party maybe 1/4 mile away from the store to be delivered at 3pm, called the store and they said they would be at least 30min late, I rented out a birthday room from 2-4pm. I told them I’d just pick it up and when I arrived 2 guys are watching videos on a tablet barely working. I’ll never trust them again for any occasion!!
