We live in nearby downtown Easton, with a lot of great dining options, but nothing quite like this. I once lived in New Mexico, and I can say that this place is the real deal. The pastor street tacos are fantastic. Would have liked to see a fresh cotija cheese on top of the enchiladas, but that’s just my preference, they were still awesome. I haven’t had sopapillas in a few years now, I’ve never seen them on a menu outside of the southwest. Well, you can get them here. Save room for dessert, and get them with honey. So good. John was our server. Good dude. Check this place out. It’s reasonably priced and outstanding. Oh yeah, it’s byob. Bring something. If you’re caught by surprise, you can get beer or local wine to-go at the Broadway Pub across the street and down the block. Franklin Hill Vineyard’s “Trio” is a good choice for a dry red.

Small menu of traditional tex-mex fare – burritos, enchiladas, and tacos. Nice decor, big open windows and high ceilings – made the restaurant feel classy from the start. The interior looks recently renovated – definitely suitable for a date or business/family meal. Service was good, it looked like a lot of the staff was in training but we had no problems.

Ordered the chimichanga, thought you should have an option for the meat filling. The carnitas filing was very salty. The cilantro lime rice was a little under cooked and the beans were extremely salty.
