Spent 10 minutes at the speaker and the workers never took my order. Twice, a worker told me they would be with me shortly but I was never able to place an order. Mind you, there was no one else in line or inside the restaurant, I was the only one there. I waited a couple more minutes and then took off. Not the first time I’ve had an experience like this either. It gets worse each time you go.

They gave my mobile order to the wrong person, I had to stand there and wait and they didn’t even apologize or anything. Was missing the au jus for my sandwich. (Didn’t realize until I got home) The waygu burgers were nasty and soggy. I also don’t know if the ventilation wasn’t working in the restaurant because it was SO smoky.

While the food is delicious, the service is slow, was next in line to order ( only 3 people ordered before me) was told I had to wait to even order because they were backed up, then when I finally was allowed to order waited a long time forn2 sandwiches

They charged me 2.19 for a small glass of ice water and when I said I didn’t get my right change back my total was six dollars. I gave her a 20 and I only got $13 back.

03-14-2023 at 1:30pm today I went through the drive through ordered my food and a shake I pull up the lady at window gave my shake to car In front of me and took it back and tryed giving it to me after I said can I have a new one such the customer in front took it into there car she was disrespectful about it also forgot my fries I had to go back around again I used to go through before work I definitely will stop going after today experience she needs trained and taught about food safety practices also I hope the manager pulls the camera just to see how wrong they were

Same as most, did not include straw for drink in the bag or include sauce. Update from Arby’s (owner) Unfortunately its a hard thing to make right and sadly its expected anymore. As this was Togo the items were not discovered missing until destination was reached and thats to late. The lines are usually long and somewhat time consuming, makes it feel rushed to check items after receiving them. But shame on me for not checking anyways. Arby’s, thanks for acknowledging.
