This is the best Jimmy John’s I’ve ever ordered from. I live in winder, and they can’t seem to get it right. They don’t follow instructions in person, on the app, on the phone, or through the drive-through, but the Athens location never fails, and it just feels so good to know that I am getting a bang for my buck. Food is standard for JJ, but this has to be one of the slowest locations. Other JJs pump out sandwiches almost faster than you can order, here it’s at least 5-7 minute wait, even when no one is there.

Got their BLT sub and was very disappointed. Bacon was put on cold (-1), and there was barely any lettuce and tomatoes (-2). Did they add the other veg that I asked for? Sure. But the LT are in the name of the sub! Add more! Next time I’ll drive a little more and go to Jersey Mikes.

I tried to use the bathroom, knocked on the door, and a worker was inside. I asked her if I could use the bathroom and before I could even ask if she was cleaning or if I needed to wait, she cut me off and yelled at me, claiming she was washing her hands. 5 minutes later, I’m still waiting to use the bathroom, and a few employees noticed I was standing there, but didn’t say or do anything. So, I left and Jimmy John’s lost a customer and could have made a few extra bucks that night.

The sandwiches were really good but I am giving 2 stars because of the drive thru service. The girl that took our order was just short and almost hostile. She just acted like she was put out when we had questions. We have not eaten here in six months and decided to grab a sandwich With so many choices today I guess they think they can get away with that because they are close to UGA. But, they loose everyone else when they act disgruntled for no reason. Hospitality training is terribly needed at this location.
