This location seems to not follow hours of operation. I have come three times at 6 pm and it was closed. I came in today at 3 pm and it was closed. The owner of this shop does not seem to care of customer service. This location has completely turned me away from jimmy john. I will be going to Fireman’s sub next door. They are re always friendly and open!!!!

Placed a order for Pick up, and when I went to go pick it up I had a face covering but they didn’t allow me to pick up my food because it wasn’t a mask. It served the exact same purpose and it probably was better than the cheap masks that they have. I asked them if they could run it out to the car but they denied that request as well cause of Owners rules. It wasn’t like we were waiting around for our food to be made, I called it in so they could make it and I could just go but they didn’t honor that. Don’t recommend this location.

Went to this location this past Saturday and had an awesome experience. Tj and Zack were very helpful with recommending different items on the menu. Food came out “freaky” fast and tasted great. Best Jimmy John’s I’ve been to in a long time. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future.
