This place sucks. We ordered two large pizzas family special. We received one small and one large. Called like 10 times, finally got someone. They argued with me about our order. She was very rude. Will not order another pizza from Papa Johns!!!!!

I would not recommend to order from here at all especially if you are visiting. I called in my order, paid for it and my order changed times three times. I called to speak to the most rudeness manager “Angela” if that’s her name. She was young and very unprofessional. I asked for a complimentary pizza and due to the multiple time changes and she was cutting me off as I was speaking/ talking over me and being extremely rude. I informed her that wasn’t good customer service and she repeated the same behavior. She said they sent my order to DoorDash over 20 mins ago and she said do I want them to remake it. I asked if they was giving a comp and she so NO. I asked her for her name and she hung up the phone. I called back 5 times until Niagara answered she was nice and I asked for a refund. I will be contacting Corporate Office and the Headquarters about this unprofessionalism

Stayed overnight at a hotel and ordered two pizzas at 9.20. Delivery was scheduled at 10.10. Then delayed to 10.20. Then to 10.30. Called the store and was told they had a lot of orders. She said that it would be delivered at 11.00. It’s 11.20 and still no pizza. Called the store and they hung up. I have two grandchildren with me !!!! Inadmissible.

Ordered a Pizza, delivery time was 50 min, 1h30 later still no pizza. Gave a call and they said they had delivery issues but that they were on their way in 20 min. Then 40 min later was still nothing. Called again and they said they would check the status and they hung up. Don’t recommend ordering here, ever.

We placed an online order for delivery at 6:00pm. After an hour of no delivery, we called. Stayed on hold for 30+ minutes and no answer. Called back and do every option available and still no answer. I am not sure if this Papa Johns way of dealing with customers, but it’s not ok. If I could rated this ZERO stars that’s what they have received. Do not order from them.
