This place is awful and deserves less that a 1 rating. They have horrible service, and the employees are not enthusiastic to serve you. A few nights ago, my wife and I could not order ice cream because the ice cream machine was empty and needed to be restocked. They said it would take 30 minutes to restock. We left and got ice cream from the nearest McDonald’s whose ice cream machine was miraculously working. How is it possible to go to Dairy Queen and not be able to order ice cream? We might as well be living in the twilight zone.

This is the backside of Dairy Queen in Midland City, AL. It was absolutely disgusting. I should’ve taken a picture of the drive thru order menu sign also. The lights were not working. So, it was hard to see the menu. If you notice the back door wasn’t secure at 9 something at night. Not very safe for the staff. Trash just thrown on the ground out back for all to see. The service was slow. The ice cream was good though.

Drove up to the drive at Midland City, Al and no one ever came onto the speaker. The two cars before me, I am assuming the same thing happened because they sat there for about 10-15 minutes and drove off. We sat there for about 10 minutes and finally drove off. Someone who was behind us drove around front and all the doors were locked, they would not let her in. There were no signs in the drive thru or lobby indicating they were closed. Did go back the following Saturday same thing doors, locked would not let customers in.

Floors were for ice skating. Food was cold. Had to place 2 orders because cashier wasn’t listening. Salt shakers filthy dirty. Ice machine wasn’t working, therefore no ice for our drinks, which was warm also.

Equipment down frequently causing limited menu. The last 2 days it’s been ice cream only. If they can’t afford to fix the equipment then they need to close the doors permanently. If it’s the building then close temporarily and fix the problem. I don’t know how they stay in business. Especially after reading some of the other reviews.
