After the waitress took our order she completely ghosted us to the point of failing to put our order into the kitchen. The manager came out of the kitchen and took over the responsibility of our table. There was no explanation or compensation for lack of service. Yes there were a few large parties but yet those that were seated across the aisle from us did not receive the lack of service that we did.

My husband and I enjoyed our evening at Interurban Restaurant in Norman, OK. We had been traveling for close to a week and eating fast food and food that has not agreed with our typical diet and stomachs. We were looking for healthy options. Our server assisted us in choosing meals that not only looked good, they were delicious. Plus she made sure our special dietary requests were followed. (he had the chicken teriyaki and i had Chelseas honey chicken)

Talk about a disappointment. We used to frequent this restaurant often. It has been a couple of years since our last visit and I must say that this place has taken a nose dive! Our server appeared to be stoned and the service was terrible. The restaurant was near empty at lunch time on a weekend, which surprised me. Our order took almost 45 minutes to get to the table. The food was adequate, but this restaurant has lost its way. The menu has been changed with some rather bizarre additions for a restaurant that used to showcase Americana. I can not longer recommend this restaurant.

My daughter and I had dinner here on a Thursday night and from the moment our waitress approached our table, we were treated as a nuisance being there. Quite a disappointment seeing as we had heard such high praise for this place. The food was great, but after service we received this restaurant will not be one we go to again.

The restaurant is a nice place! The food is good, but over priced for the quantity! We went on Burger Tuesday, good burger taste, but small! The amount of fries that came with it… was small!! I guess since it was a reduced price, maybe that’s why!? Might have to try going there on a normal day to see if there is a difference!

Waitress never came by after delivering food. Hamburger buns were old. The didn’t explain if you order a side it’s only free with fries. They charged additional for bake potatoes and onions. They should tell customers if there is an additional charge. Thealso charge for onions on your burger. They forgot to put onions on mine. When I reported after tracking waitress down for a drink, she at that point said ill remove those so you won’t get charged. What is this world coming to when people can’t be upfront about cost be sneaky and charge for everything. Oh the potato was loaded well no butter. Geeze..
