Pizza ok. Huge crust, so toppings are minimal as possible. Salads are horrible. They will not look anything like the menu pics. Huge chunks of mediocre lettuce that are barley cut up with only a few pieces of pizza toppings torn up like a 5 year old made your salad. Took our last order back to return it and get my money back and the manager on duty who looked like she was 16 basically told me m, that is what they got, and how they do it. I finally asked for my money back and she said she refunded it, but really didn’t as I found out a couple days later. So disappointed. Very poorly run business. We really want to like our Marcos and support local. But we have tried 3 times and had something disappointing happen each time.

Go to a different location if you can. The quality of the pizza is amazing! However, this location disappoints. After ordering 4 pizzas for carry out, one box was completely empty. They legit gave me an empty box. Then when I realized it and called them, I was on hold for 45 minutes just waiting for anyone to pick up. It’s still unresolved. I paid a premium price for an empty cardboard box. Don’t trust this location.

The store is a smaller carryout/delivery style store with a few seats. The crew does a great job getting the pies out as fast as they can and the food is simply amazing. Everything is made from scratch and it’s all fresh. Nothing is ever frozen. I love this Marco’s Pizza. It’s such a great store!

Pizza is good, but the wait times and service are unacceptable. Several times, we have ordered and the app has indicated that the pizza was done, but there was a 40 minute wait after arriving to pick up the “done” pizzas. Absolutely unacceptable. If you can’t manage the number of orders, don’t take more orders, or at least communicate better.

Picked up a couple pizzas Sunday night and was hugely disappointed. The biggest issue with Marco’s pizza is that the price is similar to the best pizza places in the Utah Valley but the quality is on the lower end. I will say that if you prefer softer or more doughy crusty then this is 3 star or maybe even 4 star quality. The reason my experience here warrants 1 star is because we were served a pizza missing 2 toppings that we paid extra for and when we called back they refused to refund us, even just for the extra fee we paid for topping that we didn’t get. 3/5 food, 2/5 value for the price, 0/5 service. I would not recommend this pizza to anybody when there is better and cheaper pizza with good service all around this area.

When you order from here expect to wait 25-30 minutes after your pickup time. The food has always been good but I don’t like them telling me my order is ready for pickup, and driving there to find out there’s still a long wait.

Ordered 4 pizzas for our kids’ birthday party. All the pizzas looked cooked but were raw, one kid threw up. Called for over an hour before we got someone to answer, because of which we Ordered and Got 5 pizzas from the local Costco for 1/2 the price before they did answer the phone, at which point they just laughed and hung up before we could even ask for them to make it right. Left a review in their “tell Marcos app” over a week ago with no response yet. We have a bet going with the parents and neighbors on if we get a response through the app and when this location is closed.

We love the pizza, but I now have been called multiple times after placing an online order and have been told that my order is being cancelled because they don’t have a driver scheduled to deliver the pizzas. How are they not scheduling drivers? Apparently there is no way to disable delivery service on the website or to notify the customers on the website that delivery before the order is placed. They would prefer to just take my money first and return it in 7-10 business days (not to mention make dinner plans extra delayed/stressful). So frustrating!

Why so much empty crust with no toppings? Speaking of dough, the cheesy bread was RAW with minimal cheese. If it was half the cost, I might just begrudgingly add more when I get home. Ugh. This location does the worst job. I might have to switch companies all together. $28 for bland uncooked doughy food served cold because they give themselves such a huge window of time to complete it. It just sits there getting cold because they overestimated how busy they’d be.
