I went through the drive thru around 8pm last night. I haven’t ate at Bojangles in a long time but was on my way home and starving. My expectations weren’t high giving it was after 8pm. HOWEVER, I was pleasantly surprised. I got the 2 PC with biscuit and 2 sides. Everything was hot and fresh!! It was so good. Chicken was cooked perfect. Tender and juicy. Customer Service was awesome as well. GREAT job Bojangles!!!!!

Please don’t waste your time going to this location in Dallas NC. I thought after a year they would have a management that knows how to fry chicken But HELL to the NO!!!! For Human Beings that want better for the money we pay. ALL RESTAURANTS SHOULDN’T GET PAID FIRST BEFORE A PERSON IS SATIFIED WITH THEIR FOOD BECAUSE IF YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU ORDERED YOU SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY AND JUST LEAVE INSTEAD SOME PEOPLE PAY WITH THEIR CREDIT CARDS AND IF THEY WANT A REFUND IT VAN TAKE 7 to 10 Business days to get your money back …… Just paid $40 for a 12-piece dried-out, overcooked chicken & Very Greasy. Mac & Cheese tasted like baby food (No Taste)(No Flavor)(Mushy) The Seasoned fries were dried out and cold & Not Seasoned. Sweet Tea Always tastes like brown water with (No Sugar)

Whenever we stop here they ALWAYS get our order wrong or food is hard and cold. Don’t ever get Bo berry biscuits because they are so hard they’ll break your teeth! Never have our orders been right. If you go through the drive thru, expect to wait about 30 minutes or more and check your food before you drive off. Today my husband ordered from here, giving it one more try and our fries had no seasoning on them, they left out one of his sides “again”, and they gave him a crumbled biscuit. How hard is it for someone to read an order and place the right items in a bag?

My entire order was rang up wrong even after repeating it twice. I didn’t realize it til after the lady pulled me up then another girl brought me food that I didn’t order. I explained the issue to Kristin, who informed the manager (Lisa). Lisa refunded my entire order and Kristin gave me my original order free of charge and had no problem doing so. These lady’s definitely turned my day around. Amazing customer service!

Very very hot in this Bojangles. Apparently the owner won’t fix the air conditioner. It’s been like this for over 4 days. The poor workers are so overheated and miserable. We got excellent service from Cheryl, she went over and beyond to help us, and the food was good! Come on Bojangles, do right by your customers and workers!

Do not go here. Today will be the least time go. I got two sausage biscuits made it a combo, the fries were cooked in old grease that seemed like they’ve been using for months and they tasted like they have been sitting for 15 minutes. The biscuits were falling apart, and the girl didn’t give me my correct change. This is the third bojangles I’ve been to in this area since I’ve moved here in the last two months and they all are horrible and over priced.

Went at 11:30am. Already out of cajun fillet steaks. Supreme were over cooked nuggets and the biscuit was burned. Worst $10.56 ever spent! And 30 minutes in the drive thru…

Horrible experience everything I go! I go in the dining room area and they see me standing there for a while and nobody comes to take my order I even asked why and they said they had to help with drive thru but leave me standing there really?? Avoid this place at all costs I finally left!
