Horrible food and horrible service. Female manager talked to my 16 year old so disrespectfully and insinuated she was stupid for not knowing the difference between low mein and chow mein, when they didn’t give us any noodles, they gave us chips, like salsa chips, then continued to argue with us when we just wanted a different dish since it was never disclosed that their “noodles” are chips, they should add photos to their menu or properly advertise their Americanized Chinese menu before proudly calling it Chinese Cuisine. If you want better genuine Chinese food, go to Panda Express. Fast food does it better and more culturally correct than this place. Honestly really sad. First time and last time our family will ever spend money at this establishment. I hope they can do better in the future.

Horrible recent experience. We have been repeat customers for years and the food has always been the best Chinese food in the area. We always order $60+ worth of food. However, we had one of the worst customer service experience last week. We picked up our order and already started eating when we realized we were missing one order. This was about 9pm. When I called the restaurant, they were adamant that the camera shows it was put in our order. I looked up and down and cannot find it. I told them I’m sure they put it in A bag but it wasnt OUR bag because it is nowhere and that I just want that portion refunded. No biggie. Instead, I get a second call back after being told the refund was no big deal during the first call and basically accused of lying. Sorry but why would I lie about the cheapest item on the entire bill? I wasn’t even mad until I was accused of lying even after I explained the situation and that I specifically saw two other delivery orders taken out around the time my order was picked up—a mix up could’ve easily happened. Yet, the restaurant asked that I just go back and pick up the missing order at now 930pm instead of a refund. No thanks. I told her I was in the middle of my late dinner and was NOT going to do that. I just wanted my refund. She became upset and literally hung up on me after ranting about the refund. This experience was absolutely uncalled for and ruined my appetite. I was extremely upset and disappointed. Even though I love the food here, I can’t bring myself to bring my business back here because of how rude I was treated especially given how many years we’ve been coming here.

Im going to do them a favor and never return to this establishment. I hate to pull the race card but I cannot help but feel unwanted and unwelcome based on the greeting or lack there of I received and EXTREMELY POOR mannerisms. Again, I’ll do them a favor a not return.

My comfort food go-to place. It’s not the kind of place you’re going to eat-in at, but for fast pick-up, good food, and some of the best egg rolls, spring rolls, and egg foo young, they are accurate on the time it takes to get orders processed and ready, they have the condiments in a container by the pick-up window, and the cooking area is easy to see but securely behind plexiglass for the safety of your food.

I ordered shrimp chow mein and it didn’t even come with fried noodles even though I mentioned it over the phone and why is there only two vegetables in it flooded in sauce? I liked the orange chicken and crab rangoons though. Get your orders right.

Excellent Chinese takeout that hits the spot! The fried rice is amazing and actually tastes fried, unlike other spots. The chicken was crispy and full of flavor. This is the best spot in the area to fulfill your Chinese takeout craving!

The food here was terrible and the restaurant gave a bad impression when we walked in to pick up. The windows were very dirty. We ordered Orange Chicken and it was like the meat wasn’t even chicken. It was like chewing string. We also ordered Chicken with Snow Peas and Broccoli. The chicken was mushy and the broccoli and peas were way over cooked. We also had Shrimp Fried Rice. The shrimp was good but the rice had very little flavor. The Steamed Dumplings were the only thing that was good. I’m sad to say that we threw most of the food out. What a waste of over $40.
