There isn’t a lot of choices when it comes to finding a good restaurant in Livingston Montana. But Fiesta En Jalisco would be on top of our list. Good food , friendly service , generous portions , reasonable prices. The seats in there booths are getting pretty worn , but I guess that’s a sign they’re busy , and getting it right most of the time.

I have eaten at many Mexican restaurants. Most of them were great establishments. Fiesta En Jalisco did not measure up to any of the others. The atmosphere was nice, the service was adequate, the outside was a little higher than expected but still ok.

A true gem for Mexican food in the heart of Livingston. This restaurant has a very uplifting vibe with gorgeous decorations, comfy seating, fun music, and wonderful service. The woman who sat us immediately served us warm tortilla chips and the best salsas I’ve ever had! The meal was flavorful and filling and so reasonably priced – I got the shrimp enchiladas and my partner got the shrimp tacos. I will definitely come back if I ever find myself in the area again.

I travel all over the country and try different styles of Mexican food and this restaurant is one of the tops in my book! The chips and salsa was really good. I had a tamale and chili smothered with cheese and sauce. The beans and rice we’re very tasty, as was the guacamole. I also had the Cadillac margarita … tasty!
